Picture of GDT8500RZ

GDT8500RZ is a zero-channel modular RAID-on-Motherboard (MROMB) RAID solution. The controller is based on Intel's RAIDIOS (RAID I/O Steering) technology, i.e. it utilizes the I/O controller and connectors on the motherboard. Based on this open standard, GDT8500RZ supports up to two SCSI channels.

The controller can be used in high density system environments as a result of its compact low profile PCI format. GDT8500RZ is the ideal solution for entry-level servers that require the optimum combination of performance and price.
